At Brave, Smart & Sexy, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to request an exchange, return, or refund, please review the following conditions.
Exchanges and Returns
For online purchases, return requests must be made within the timeframes established by applicable Mexican law.
To request a return, the product must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Retain its original tags.
- Be in the same condition as it was received.
- Be in its original packaging, when applicable.
- Have proof of purchase or order number.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that show signs of use, washing, alterations, damage caused after delivery, or that do not meet the above conditions, without prejudice to the consumer's rights under applicable law.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If you received a defective, damaged, or different item than you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, indicating your order number and attaching photographs of the product.
Once the case has been reviewed, we will offer the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law, including, where appropriate, exchange, replacement, or refund.
Sizes and Exchanges
We recommend consulting our size guide before making your purchase.
If you wish to exchange a product for another size and the item is in eligible condition for exchange, this will be subject to inventory availability.
Items Not Eligible for Return for Hygiene Reasons
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal or intimate use items may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or when they have lost the necessary conditions for resale, unless they are defective, damaged, or a right established by Mexican law applies.
Promotional Products
Products purchased on promotion or with a discount will be subject to the same applicable legal provisions. Any special condition of a promotion will be clearly informed before making the purchase.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of the request.
When a refund is due, it will be processed using the applicable payment method. The time it takes for the money to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Shipping Costs
The costs associated with a return will depend on the reason for the return and what is established by applicable law.
When the return is due to an error attributable to Brave, Smart & Sexy, a defective, damaged, or different product than requested, the corresponding costs will be covered in accordance with applicable law.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to cancel it.
Once shipped, the return conditions and rights established by applicable law must be followed.
